The performer will kick things off June 4 in Nashville, as she joins the star-studded lineup of Marty Stuart's Late Night Jam. From there, she'll visit a host of venues from the Midwest to the East Coast through late August. * * *Miley Cyrus' upcoming album, "Breakout," will be the "Hannah Montana" star's first release under her own name. Her recent live album and last studio release both were billed as Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus projects. "Breakout," scheduled for a late-July release, features the single "7 Things," which is airing on Top 40 and Adult Top 40 radio stations.* * *Indie-rock brother-sister act The Fiery Furnaces has lined up a headlining outing ahead of the release of the band's first-ever live album, a double-CD due later this summer. The group will launch the run May 28 in Sacramento, CA, and will cap the 15-city trek with a July 27 appearance at British Columbia's Pemberton Music Festival. * * *A reconfigured version of British glam-rock icons Sweet will hit the road this summer behind bassist/vocalist Steve Priest, one of the band's original members. The outing will kick off June 12 in Los Angeles with 11 dates so far lined up over the summer months.* * *Alt-rockers Death Cab for Cutie [ tickets ]�s latest release, "Narrow Stairs," debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week, giving the group its first No. 1 album. At No. 2 is Frank Sinatra�s �Nothing But the Best,� followed by Jason Mraz [ tickets ]�s �We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things� at No. 3, �Duffy [ tickets ]�s �Rockferry� at No. 4 and Leona Lewis [ tickets ]� �Spirit� at No. 5.
